I immediately canceled the order within seconds after realizing they have a very slow delivery speed. I used Amazon pay to pay. When I emailed them about the refund they claim that they have refunded their amount but it's because of bank issues that takes 2-7 days for it refund.
The account page cancellation is under review but the support email reply said they have approved cancelled and refund has be done, but just on the way, which is a blatant lie. Was this information helpful? |
