Hi,
I have ordered on 18th December in their website various customized product which is for 1800rs, while making the order it was mentioned as 2-3 working days order will be shipped, after 3 days since order is not dispatched, every time when i ask only one msg will be delivered, your order will be shipped in 1-2 working days, regular template. Though i requested for refund they said since product went to printing we cannot do refund. Requesting either to ship my product or refund my money back Was this information helpful? |
