Yu Televentures — Ordered a charger with advance payment but you haven't delivered me | |||||
I have ordered a charger for yureka mobile from yu televentures ltd dated feb 9, 2016 paying a sum of rs.199 as advance on feb 10, 2016. Recieving a revert from yu televentures on the same day with reference ticket id 2056672. When i asked for the tracking status on feb 15, 2016 they havn't replied me. Then i asked on feb 23, 2016 and again havnt got any reply. Then i asked on feb 26, 2016 and got a reply on march 3, 2016 about fresh reference ticket id 2196833 with tracking number i[protected] of dotzot, through which i was unable to track the status of parcel. On march 21, 2016 again i asked for the correct tracking status and i recieved reply on march 22, 2016 that the issue is in process. On march 25, 2016 i gave them warning to go against them in consumer court. On march 26, 2016 i got a same reply from them that the issue is in process. Today is march 30, 2016 and still havn't recieved the charger of yureka mobile for which i had paid in advance on february 10, 2016. During this period of 2+ months, i was supposed to charge my yureka mobile with another ordinary charger, which have affected my mobile battery resulted in swelling and further it affected the processor of the phone as it usually got heated up even in the idle state as the battery provides unsual current to mobile. I respectfully pray that please direct them to send the ordered charger and give compensation as you deem fit for the mental harrasment and damage to my unit. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I havn't got any reply from YU televentures yet.they havn't even tried to contact me.Solve my issue as soon as possible.

Its have been 5 days gone since i have made the complaint.But till now i havnt got any call from yu televentres.
It is worthless to register your complaint overe here. No action is taken against my complaint. 0 star rating
