Yu Televentures — Regarding warranty | |||||
On 12 july 2015 i purchase yu device (Yuphoria) from www.amazon.in they said that you cover 1 year warranty for phone but now problem is that they are saying that we will not give you warranty of phone because there is no seal of yu on the phone. Earlier yu were saying that we will provide door step service but now they didn't i have no problem that which/whatever service they give but problem is that his service centre (Micromax care, gaya bihar) said this phone is not under warranty. I call/e-mail too many times to yu support but they didn't take any action. Please take any legal action Was this information helpful? | |||||
