I have raised complaint for "Sim Card not detected issue" 3 months back, i have called you guys more than 15 times to resolve my issue. You guys asked me go to nearest Micromax care to update the software. Even i did the same and still y problem was not fixed. After that your telephone executive raise Replacement device with WAYBILL#:[protected] with "www.delhivery.com:. When i checked the status, it says "Package not picked/recieved from client". I have communicated about this via Email and the phone as well, till i did not get my problem fixed. Your executives promised me will fix the issue in 2 days. It has been a month, till i did not hear anything from you. Totally it's been a 4 months i have been in touch with you to resolve my issue. I better raise consumer complaint on you guys to resolve my issue. Your customer service is so pathetic, never try to resolve customer problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
