Not sure if this company has right folks in place. I suggest please don't buy YU Yureka. Will be posting the same in Consumer Complaints as well so they can't remove it like they do in facebook.Not sure Micromax being such a good company is having poor support service. Kind Attention Rajesh Agarwal Complaint Number - 130932. NFC is completely gone and They still talk on software update and that is irrelevant. Proved with this image. -1 month on the knees (SLA huh), -1 called up wiped the phone dissapears (said he will call back in 20 minutes), This is the only call from them I further continued... - Now moved to L2 (SLA 36 hours completed before 2 days) no clue. All I asked was to return this to Micromax free of cost and there is no Contact center Why should you behave like DELL when we have incompetent Service Support? Was this information helpful? | |||
