[Resolved] Yu-yureka — Issue with yureka handset for the last 4 months | |||
HI, I purchased Yu-Yureka Android device on[protected]. first It was having issues like display burn-in (brownish gold spot on top of right corner), complaint registered at Yu Support on dtd 27/09/2015, Complaint ID: 1400442, Reference Ticket id: 1400677. I have been following up via email around one week and YU-Yureka suggested "kindly provide us the alternate address with alternate pin-code as the pin-code which you have provided not in the serviceable area or if you want you can visit the nearest YU service center in Kannur, Address is given below: Name : M/S Wave Mobiles, Address : Wave Mobiles, 1St Floor, Coral Highlights, Near Juma Mazjid, South Bazar, Kannur. When i visited the mentioned address found that "M/S Wave Mobiles" has been stopped their activities and closed since last two months. This was a serious error/fault from Yu that"they are not aware of the service center which was "Working or Not". I mentioned this through email and they replied that "request you to kindly visit our any other service center". after searching at web i approached another service center 100 km away from my native place and handset handed over to M/S RIDHAM MOBILES, CALICUT on 02/12/2015. I have done lots of email regarding my device delivery and they said just wait for 10 days. finally I got a replacement device Which is used item with lot of scratches, on 10th Jan almost after fourty days with new IMEI number([protected]/[protected]) . After few days o[censored]sage there was a charging issue with the handset and is handed over to service center at M/s FAB SOLUTIONS, Kannur. Job No.[protected]-21763612 on[protected]. Then I got an another replacement device on 26th Feb 2016 almost after twenty days with new IMEI number([protected]/[protected]) which is also used item with lot of scratches. Again the same issue with charging (with charging jack)handed over to service center M/s FAB SOLUTIONS, Kannur on the same day on 26th Feb 2016. Job No:[protected]-22128812. I have been feeling so stressed up with the treatment from the YU people and want my complete money back or a Brand new handset. The stress and pain they have given me will not be healed after getting the money or mobile. Other wise i force to take up legal action against Yu-Yureka. Please help me in this regard.
