I purchased Yu-Yureka Android device on[protected]. first It was having issues like display burn-in (brownish gold spot on top of right corner), complaint registered at Yu Support on dtd 27/09/2015, Complaint ID: 1400442, Reference Ticket id: 1400677.
I have been following up via email around one week and YU-Yureka suggested "kindly provide us the alternate address with alternate pin-code as the pin-code which you have...

I am saying again that my phone is going restart again and again and i have no service centre near my house.Battery is also over heating.Your supporter send me a link o[censored]pdate but that didn't success.so i have no other option except to file a case against you in consumer court.
