I have registered a plot on the first day launch of re nagar, kundrathur. Just like that i have visited the plot on the launch but they spoke such a sweet words and collected the advance of rs. 10000 on the same day. They said they are in the market for more than 7 years and promised that they would do this fairly.

Within two days, they asked us to pay 90000 rs since 1 lac was the advance. It was a 1 ground plot. And asked me to proceed with legal documents and bank loan process.
And i paid for those (Around rs. 10000) and started the process . After some 15 days, they said that the plot i preferred cant be given since the owner needs it.

After that there were no responses from them, i have given a call to them. They offered me some other plots, finally i agreed to that also. Meanwhile i have handed over 2 lac cheque also

Some 10 days have gone, again i asked them about the status. They asked me again for some time. More than a month have passedwithout my fault, meanwhile my bank has sanctioned the loan also.

Finally, they said that the plot can not be given at all. One more new layout is being ready some 2 kms away and the price was rs. 200 more than what has been concluded for this plot.

I got frustrated and told them that am not in a favour to go with this. Please return the money. They asked me to come vadapalani branch and after that asked me to go to ashok nagar main branch.

In the mean time seeing all these, i held my cheque of 2 lacs which was given earlier.

So, 1 lac has to be returned, on the first day itself they have given back the amount of rs. 10000 in cash. I also had a big relief and thought that it is a good organization. For remaining 90000 rs. They have issued a cheque.

But they thrashed all my belief. That cheque got bounced.. I asked them back, in a cool way replied that wait for two days.. Like wise they said more than 6 times. I had visited them more than 5 times at their office. Every time was a false promise. It has gone more than 1.5 months.

Finally, it got settled when a person similar to me was sitting there and he was to be settled with more money. So comparatively mine was less, finally they paid the amount.

I believed it happened for many of the people. Please be aware of this.
