Zaakpay.com — amount debited ticket not generated

I initiated a transaction on 04/02/2018 through irctc rail connect app for booking a reservation and while making the payment the session expired and my money got debited from my bank i received my notification text through my bank as amount debited and yet no ticket or pnr issued/generated as there are limited seats available so i urge to kindly either book my requested reservation or refund as early as possible so i can make a fresh transaction.

I booked a train tkt on 19.01.2018 and transaction failed. Irctc refunded the among but zaakpay didn't refunded so far. Amount rs 250.
I booked ticket on Feb 2. 2018 ( journey date February 15 2018) allepay experience transaction Id is [protected] ticket cancelled due to invalid quota requested but refund amount is not credited in my account I checked irctc blog is shows refunded to bank
