Zaakpay — Transaction failed and money not credited back | |||||
I made an online transaction through Mobikwik wallet on 28th Feb, 2016. The money was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. I'm yet to receive a refund for the amount that got debited. The details of the transaction are as mentioned below: Payment ID[protected] Bill Reference No. - ZP52CD18D7842A1 The worst part is I've already mailed to Zaakpay and also tried contacting their customer care.
