My irctc tkts are cancelled from cancelled train. But amount not credited my account. I have send screen shot of payments with this, kindly solve my issue....
I am a client of Rigoss and am trying to pay my outstanding services bill to them through their site. Upon doing the required drill I am directed to Zaakpa for payment. When I click on pay an error message appears that

107 Transaction amount not in the specified range.
I am not finding any way that either on your site of Merchant's site I can make part payment...
I have cancelled tikit on 10/02/21 with PNR no. [protected] for refund amount 930+465 . I have contact to IRCTC and they inform that they have process refund on 17/02/21 but till today I have not received

I have been trying to transfer money into my account from a few days now but a pop up appears that the money cannot be transferred as the card is being blocked by Zaakpay.

On 14 Feb 2021 I made two transactions of Rs 1046 each from my credit card to pay a bill through mobikwik. But the amount was deducted from my credit card but neither it is credited to my mobikwik wallet nor it is refunded to my credit card.
The transaction code of both transactions are D75246 and D85247 respectively.
Kindly refund the amount to my credit card as it is already 6 days past...

I Sankalp infra structure have paid electric bill of Torrent Power of Rs 2380/- on 22/01/2021 throu your app Zaak epayment and my money have already deducted of same amount but bill payment not done and also not received any acknowledgement from Torrent power.
I also not getting your customer care no for any help.
