Food was just waste and stale equivalent to garbage.
Store manager accepted and gave his consent to Zomato for refund.
After discussion of morethan two and half hours (with your several executives) with Store manager and Zomato Executive, your executive Aryan confirmed that refund is being processed within a minute as they received consent from store.
When I was waiting for the refund, executive was changed by Zomato. What is the reason?
After that I had to explain the same thing to 3more executives of Zomato. After every few minutes, automatically executive was being changed to harass the customer.
I’ve all the call recordings with Store manager and Zomato.
I understand that it’s Zomato who is blocking the refund and making people fool.
