I ordered a white jacket from zara, i received a green one of same amount. I raised a return request stating delivery of wrong item. They received the jacket and warehouse is saying we had shipped right one. We will not refund. The jacket i ordered was large in size i received xtra large. And it is totally useless to me and they are denying a refund Was this information helpful? |
