A fraud has taken place with my parcel with order id:([protected]) that was on return. As a aware customer I know my duty and I have returned the right product.
A fraud has occurred from the delivery courier department. I raised a request to the zara-department, they said the matter is getting verified and later claimed that i have sent the wrong product.
But during the time of pick up the pickup boy, did check, and all the tags were properly intact and the courier department is refusing it now that he did not check the parcel.
