Demand of customer : Full Refund and Penalty to Zara
Extremely poor and pathetic customer service when you reach out to Zara. They don’t bother to resolve your query instead give pre fabricated responses.
and treat as customer is bagger and has to call again and again to find status.??????????
I have purchased perfume worth 1, 580 dated 26th June, shipment date was mentioned on Zara site is 01st July to 04th July but as on today i.e. on 12th July I have not received the products.
Called twice on customer care but absolutely horrendous reply as if there are illiterates seating at customer care desk to attend customer calls.. and when you ask to take their seniors on the call even if there are 3 -4 seniors available they keep your phone on hold for more than 20 minutes and they are sleeping over the issue reported i.e. they never come on call...
