Zara — Money debited from bank account but order not received by zara

Hi,

I have tried placing an order of Rs.7870. on 13th May through VISA card.
The amount got debited from my bank account but order is not placed and after some time it got cancelled.
Until now the I have not got the refund back.
Please look into it and refund the money back
