I placed an order at Zara which contained 14 items in total. 2 items I received within the estimated delivery date whereas out of the remaining 12 items, I received 5 items correct and 2 wrong items i.e., in total 9 items after 15 days of estimated delivery date. I complained regarding the same that is 7 items are missing and 2 items were delivered wrong to Zara customer support with all the photos attached. Now it’s been 10 days and they are not responding all they do is ask me to wait for 24-48 hours but they are not resolving the issue. I asked them to arrange pickup for the wrong delivery items and refund money for the 7 missing items as it’s almost been a month since I placed order. Was this information helpful? |
