I’ve ordered few items from Zara on 28th June 2023 and the delivery was for 4th July 2023 but till date I.e., 15th July 2023 I haven’t received my parcel and in my account the parcel is showing it has reached its destination. I’ve contacted Zara for the same but they are not responding and I’ve also contacted the courier partner and they told me that they couldn’t deliver the parcel as Zara has not updated them to deliver . I’ve been calling Zara every day from the last 10 days and they are not responding to the issue. Was this information helpful? |
