On 30th April, I shopped through Zara app and made a payment of INR 3880 via Google pay to Inditex Trent Retail India Ltd (zara.[protected]@indus). The order was not placed with reference to the payment and when I contacted Zara, they told me to wait 10-14 days as payment will be refunded by then because no order was placed. However, no payment was received during or after that period from Zara. After contacting them multiple times and sharing relevant google pay screenshot and bank statements (that too multiple times), no response was received from their end. During every call, they mentioned that they will get back to me in 2-3 business days but nothing came from their end. It has been a month since the issue is pending and no action has been taken from their end to resolve this.
