I had purchased two items on 23rd Feb 2022 Amounting to Rs.3580/-. Amount deducted once but their customer care folks said amount didnt credited yet so they said to redo the payment which I did. Two times INR 3580 got deducted from my account. After that I checked with my bank they also conformed two times payment got deducted and credited to Zara account. Later on with all proof I reached out to the customer care and then they also confirmed about two times payment received. Now its going to be a months time, I am continuously following up with then and they keep on giving excuses we are yet to get an approval from their finance. My money INR 3580/- is pending for long and Zara has no customer care number and email id. They only have automated chat box for all queries. Requesting you to please help. They have cheated us. Such a big brand, didnt expect this from them.
