We have ordered a suit from Ashok Rana's profile on facebook through the nearby shop's options at that time it shows us many options to buy a suit/dress or anything.
We received the courier on NOV 18th and the same day we have submitted a request for return when I saw that the product is not the same and as per their policy, the return happens within 10 days and the refund too. Its been 1 month now, they are not picking up our calls, once or twice they picked and said we have aligned the return process but still no update on money neither any return pick is happening till date.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, COMPLETE REFUND.
Kindly block these ID's and be aware of such spammers around. These are big frauds and will never deliver the right product nor they refund your money.
AUTHORITIES KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTIONS. FACEBOOK PLEASE DO SOME RESTRICTIONS ON SUCH SPAMMERS.
