I had purchased a designer lehenga from facebook marketplace Mahendra Vasava. Before buying, I had confirmed from the seller for the material to be of Benarasi style and if it was not as per expectation I could easily return the product. Even after receiving the lehenga it was nowhere near the quality specified, and I had clearly talked to MAHENDRA VASAVA and he agreed to refund my money of Rs. 2550, because I received a cheap quality material. But surprisingly, this person vanished from facebook, from marketplace and every other point of contact. This got delivered in the name of ZAREEN NX from Nasir Nagar, Ved Darwaja. After being cheated and on researching on fraudulent like these, I got to know that this same person has been cheating hundreds of people like me, promising for something which doesn't even exist. I am filing this complaint to get justice, and hoping this matter to be resolved soon. I have all the relevant proofs of purchase and chats. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
