Hello Sir, My Mother had ordered a Stitched Salwar Suit from a Face book page Named-New Designer Dress of Rs.1650/- and received the parcel through BlueDart Courier. The Dress received is of cheap quality and unstitched. While ordered they had mentioned a return policy of 7 days. Now I'm trying to contact them but they have blocked me on Facebook and even the contact number given is switched off. This is a big fraud on Facebook.
My humble request to you is to pls look into this matter and take action against these people and help me to get my money refunded.
