I bought a saree from zareen nx online from facebook for ₹2250. But they delivered me cheap saree instead of high quality. He promised to refund the money if it was not as per the description & photo or defect. When i received it, the quality of the product is very cheap. The design is also different. Now the guy has blocked me from facebook & is not replying. The customer care ppl are saying they will send someone for pick but it’s been 15 days now & no one has come yet. Many people have faced the same problem & hv complained online, but no result. All the complaints on the net are saying that this company is a cheat, it’s a fraud! Can u please help me get the refund? Thank you i wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
