[Resolved]  Zebpay — Deposit not reflecting in my Zebpay account

I have done a deposit of 40500 from my registered account on Zebpay but the amount is not reflecting in my balance till now.
Please help me with this.

how did it was resolved? Facing the same issue from last 1 week.
i am also facing the same issue from last 24 hours.
i have deposited ₹49000 via imps from registered bank account. deposit should have been reflected in my account but still not reflected in my zebpay account.

please tell us how they resolved your issue it will help us
I have been facing it for the last 7 days and that too when transfer was IMPS. Such a shameful organization without any ethics, feeling like cheated
