Zebpay — Deposited money but not reflected to my zebpay account

I have deposited 4700 rs to zebpay account but no money has been transferred to my zebpay account i created lot of tickets but no response at all.
My ticket numbers are 390026, 388560, 386696.
My name is Rayees Nabi Bhat.
