Zebpay — Deposited money from my registered bank account, but the same wasnt credited

I deposited Rs 25000 to Zebpay from my registered bank account on 20/02/2021, which was supposed to be credited immediately - but even after five days, it still hasn’t been credited.

I wrote numerous mails to them and raised many complaint tickets through their app, but none was replied back.

Please help me.
