I had initiated an IMPS transfer of 10, 000 INR to the ZebPay ICICI account on 15th Feb; the transaction is successful. However, the amount is not credited in my ZebPay wallet. Ticket # 288812 has been submitted with ZebPay support but there's no update after the initial acknowledgement email.
Highly disappointed with the service and this is really a deal breaker fro any future transactions. Please assist in getting either getting my money back or crediting them to the ZebPay Wallet at the earliest.
