Zebpay — Money deducted from Bank but reflecting in Zebpay account

Hello,

I had transferred 200, 000 on 13 Feb, 2021 via IMPS transfer. However the amount is still not reflecting.

Raised a ticket but still no response.
Ticket no #287550

Attached is the transfer details. Need urgent resolution.
