Zebpay — Money Deposited through netbanking but not reflecting in Zebpay

I have transferred 54000 and 150 rupees in Zebpay on 8th June and got the screen as a successful, this amount supposed to be credited in Zebpay in 15mins but even after day it is not credited, raised a ticket as well but as usual no response till now
