On 02/12/2017 i have deposited rs.2500 to my zebpay account through a service provided by zebpay. My order #d1749970. But the amount is not deposited to my zebpay account.
The transaction status showing as a failed transaction in zebpay. If the transaction was not success the amount should be credited back to my bank account. But the amount is not credited back to my bank account yet!!!

They have just added the pending amount. I am not sure about the cause behind. Do you contact with them about my issue?
