Zebpay — Zebpay balance not showing, bank account deducted

I had added 1000 inr from my zebpay registered bank account to zebpay add money, it has been 24 hours but money is not reflecting in zebpay wallet. My ticket number is 377731. My email regsitered with them is [protected]@gmail.com

They have not responded or replied to my query yet. PFA the screenshot of my payment completed.

Nobody has contacted or even replied to my ticket or msgd me ? Is zebpay doing fraud here ? Bcz this kind of delay in receiving 1000 rs, how can I trust for bigger amount ??
