Zen Tech Service — 42 inch DDB videocon LED T.V | |||||
Hi My T.V had power problem, on contacting Videocon service centre they assign Zen Tech Services to repair my T.V, initially when the T.V was collected from me they said they will be returning it to me in 3 days, now its been more then 3 months they haven't returned my T.V. Every time i call them they tell in next 2 day you will get your T.V. On calling videocon service centre customer care number they keeps on saying the engg/technician will call you in 5 min, but technician has never given me a call, the T.V was collected from me on 15 dec 2015. phone number of Zen tech Services is [protected]. You need to forget that TV Mr. Sridhar.. They have spoilt my TV which I gave for servicing.. They are not professionals and I guess they must be running this service to steal the components.

Dear Videocon Online Team...
My TV is not of Videocon. It is AOC. However, my sincere advise to you is to deassociate with this company to deal your customer problems or service as they will bring bad reputation to your company. They are not servicing only your brand and I have also I have heard that they are doing them the most unethical way which will spoil the reputation of the companies that are associated with this service company.
You may want to check other customers complaints in the same forum who are not satisfied with their service and the troubles that they are facing. The so called technicians are playing with customer money and sentiments.
Hope someone takes action on them and terminate their services to save your brand value.
