[Resolved] Zerodha — getting client id | |||||
Customer service is very poor. I have opened my a/c one year ago but till now i haven't get my client id because they said your documents are not verified. And i have sent my documents to approximately 30 times through my email id but i haven't get my client id till now. Today i called to the connaught place branch office and the person who attends me said that you have to come to any branch office to submit your documents because our agent who collects the documents comes only one time. I tried opening account with Zerodha, paid 500 online, somehow I didnt like their service and want refund, but they are claiming they dont have refund policy
