Hello,
I took loans from zest money and how unprofessionally the zest money team is still dealing with my cibil issue as this issue is from your end. The cibil issue is with my account for more than 4 months and all i get is this response from the customer care “we are sorry for the inconvenience, please send us the latest cibil report”.
Even though after sending them several times and when asked for update your team ask me to send the latest report and to wait for 30-45 days and thereafter it won’t get updated and my cibil score come up with something worse. Please do close all unwanted loans as there is no pending loans and any amount overdue amount as it was never being made.
