Zest Money — no response no action taken by zest money for cancellation of voucher

I requested zest money for cancellation voucher of rs 45000 which i have not applied, without my concern they create account, credited voucher, pushed me to use that voucher and more getting message and call from zest money to pay overdue amount i couldn't understant i simply not want that voucher not at all required it andwhich i dont use it and these call mentally harrased me but still no complaint response from zest money pathetic service which i have ever had, in customer care no body guide me for cancellation process and said no cancellation proceess i would take legal action against zest money fir and cyber cell and consumer forum
