Zicom — poor response and service | |||
Our society (Rumeet) purchased zicom security and monitoring systems services directly from the company. At the time of sale, we were assured of prompt service and support. Our monitors are not working. We have put in loads of complaints to them. The contact person keeps his mobile switched off. No response to service calls and no actions. Only bills have been sent on time. Such poor service is not expected from a company of such repute. This amoints to cheating. Now we will have no choice but to explore other course of action including legal. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have to check the cctv footage for the loss my very expensive asset as I have already filed an FIR against it but the video captured in the cctv footage needs to be zoomed and cleared to see the plate number of the auto to make the search easy and I need to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you
