I have purchased video door phone for security in Feb, 2015 and since then my product has not been replaced despite being in warranty.
what does in warranty means to you, is it that you will put a repaired product in change of my product.
my video door phone has not been working since then, and the engineers have put a damaged product in my house with buttons not working and it hardly works for a month. this has been done constantly for last 2 times.
now you tell me, will you consider my warranty period from the new date of the installation of the repaired product.
the product should be replaced, and not to fool the customers by putting a repaired product. till now, iv been respecting you and your team but you are ruining your customers. Was this information helpful? |
