Zicom — Zicom video door phone model no wrt-ks non-operational

I am a resident of crossing republik, ghaziabad (Up) in a multi storey apartments developed by m/s mahagun builder. I am using zicom video door phone since oct 13 which was provided by the builder itself.In mar 16 the device becomes non-operational due to which i am facing issues with respect to security. I lodged the complaint to the maintenance office of our society but was told to approach the maker of the device. I lodged complaint with m/s zicom multiple times but no action has been taken till date. Product details are mentioned as below:
