Bus was delayed at first, then they made us wait without reason for an hour, when the passengers debarked themselves after getting annoyed wanting an explanation they said that the bus is not working And we have to wait without giving an estimate or an alternate option. Then we got a message stating that the bus got canceled and we will get a refund at 11 : 20. Bus was supposed to depart at 8:50 but no explanation or apology was given by any staff present, rather there was fight between some passengers and the staff. When trying to connect to customer care they just said sorry for the inconvenience and to find an alternate option ourselves at midnight after making us wait for 3 hours. This is highly unacceptable, the quality of customer support of pathetic and a refund does not justify the outcome. Was this information helpful? |
