Zingbus — Refund

I booked 2 tickets delhibto Manali zingbus offline on 13 May 2022, afterward at 9pm dated 14 may 2022 they picked us. At mid night the driver of zing bus left us intentionally without any calls that they are leaving and told guard of the hotel that another bus will pick them. After that when we connect with driver they refuse to pick up and After some time they told us another Volvo will pick you up after 2 hr . Another bus pick us and give us floor to sit, they asked us to gave them additional 2000rs more for travel and threatened us to leave them in middle of the road, they misbehaved and harassed us. They leave us in chandigarh, afterwards there were no option in the middle of the night . Some how we booked another Volvo and came back to Delhi. On 16 may 2022 we went to kashimri gate for us bags and assets then we figure it out that our charger and power bank is missing worth 3500 when we ask then they misbehaved and abused us.
We complaint regarding the same to the company but they directly refuse to raise our complaint and also refuse to initiate our refund.

Seeking for refund of amount 3200 including stolen assets or amount cost 3500.
