Zion Technologies — no service provided by zion technologies

Beware customers! They all are cheaters. I would like to share my experience point wise:
1. I had given them my ipad air 2 on 24/12/2019 with challan /job sheet no. 14015 (Photo attached) as it was not turning on and was showing error 4005 (Photo attached) in itunes and was having some mother board problem as told by zion technologies.
2. I had talked to mr. Vikas telephonically regarding this and he gave me an estimate of rs. 5500/= which i agreed and submitted my ipad to them. The next day when i contacted them to know my repair status mr. Sarvesh showed a casual attitude and his words were “abhi toh thode din hi hue hai isse rakhe, abhi aur time lgega”.
3. Mr. Ashish later gave me an estimate of rs.8000/= which was also agreed by me and he also informed me that there are great possibilities that it would be repaired by them within 2-3 days time as they call themselves as “professionals”.
4. Whenever, i contacted them to know the progress of repair, mr. Sarvesh told me that they need more and more time as there are chances that it would be repaired by them 99%.
5. Mr. Ashish was giving false statements to me that he had opened the ipad and is unable to diagnose the motherboard problem. After more than a week, mr. Ashish told me that this device cannot be repaired by them and asked me to collect it back. Is this what they call professionalism?
6. At the time of collection on 02/01/2020, they told me that they have not even opened the ipad to diagnose the problem and wasted a full week by keeping it with them and were giving false promises to the customer for reasons best known to them.
7. Mr. Ashish and mr. Sarvesh were giving false, baseless, irrelevant excuses that they were unable to repair it as the undersigned was contacting them on a regular basis to know the status of the repair. Isn’t it the responsibility of the customer to know the repair status if zion technologies is unwilling to provide the information themselves?
8. They had cheated me by giving false hopes, excuses, statements as they had not even tried to open the ipad and diagnose the motherboard problem and if it was not repairable or diagnosable they could have denied to take the device or could have returned me back the next day if their intentions were good. Then why keeping it for more than a week? This clearly shows lack of professionalism and casual attitude towards providing good quality service.
9. On 2 jan 2020, the day i posted my review, mr. Sarvesh contacted me telephonically and threatened me to remove this review. His words were “tune ye review kis basis pe daala hai, main tere upar case krunga”. Is this the way to threaten the customers who have their full right and freedom to share their experience on a public platform?
10. Since then, zion technologies is repeatedly removing this review multiple times by their illegal and unethical third party tricks.
11. By this review i hereby inform the concerned department of zion technologies that if they try to remove this review again with these kind of tricks then the consequences would be harsh. The undersigned will not be responsible for accidental defamation of zion technologies which would be unintentional and unwarranted by the undersigned. This review would only be removed by the undersigned if zion technologies is able to provide with some resolution on the above matter. Till then, zion technologies has no right to remove this review without the consent of the undersigned.
Also, the reviews which are posted here are completely fake as one can see below the names of all the people who have posted these reviews have only posted one review till date which clearly shows that these people themselves have been posting these reviews so as to misguide the customers. It is my humble request to all the customers out there, please don’t waste your time and money by visiting this repair centre as you can also get cheated and threatened like this.
