Hi,
I ordered on oct 14 and did not receive any package. I resorted to complaint on it and realised that it showed delivered to a different location in Gujarat . upon seeking that address myself I realised it’s a fraudulent act.
I mentioned these things to zivame and they said we have a third party assigned for delivery and they need to investigate.

I have not received any refund yet in my account, I provided all the docs and proofs related to it still I am not getting any response from your team. As a customer I am really disappointed by the service.

I request you to please personally follow up on this issue....

I had returned my whole parcel with 4 items back. Got refund only for one. See immediately and give refund for other items. I have made too many complaints to you but no response.

I want the zcoins value which is nearly Rs.2991 to be transfered to my bank account. I don't want zcoins.I can't find any options for that. please reply to the issue....

Placed an order on 13/10/22 with number[protected] for Rs 1439. Order failed due to technical issues on 29/10/22. No refund processed till date. Order status in the app still says order confirmed. 11 emails and every time I am asked to wait another 24 hours. And that I didnt answer their call so call back. I did not get any call to answer and both their customer care numbers does not exist. I need my refund ASAP....

I ordered my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 1289 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my...

I have returned few products and they have added zcoins instead of refund the cash to the bank account.

I want the amount to be refunded to the original payment mode.

I am complaining about, as i ordered products in zivame my status is showing it is delivered, However it is not delivered to my address. I have raised a compliant on Sep 18 2022 ticket ID 2510340. Its Nearly 1 1/2 month I have waited so long there is no response from there end.I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expect this type of cheating....

I have ordered a lingerie from zivame and raise return request for it i am taking follow up from past 1: month on call and mail also
But they said same line wait 7-10 working days . 1 month has passed and they say same scripted line 7-10 working days .
I request you please pick up it and provide my amount to sourse account.
I will never do any shopping from Zivame

i have placed the order on zivame on 11/09/2022 i have waited for 4 weeks but the items are not received, so i have requested for cancellation of the order. customer care said they will cancel the order and refund my amount. today is th 18th Oct but still i did not receive my refund amount. kindly take an action...

I just placed and order...but mistakenly put wrong address...then i cancelled my order...and 1061 zcoins were reflecting in my account and after that i was again placing my order then suddenly transaction got failed and those zcoins were disappeared...give my money back ...worst app ever...i will never shop anything from zivame......

You cancel my order and now refunded my money as coins...I need my cash back to source..why will I suffer for your bad service...

There easy refund policy is scam . They give refund in z coins which has to be used within 1 year. You cannot get your money back . I blindly trusted n placed several orders then when they came i had issues with fitting and quality so i returned but they would not give me my money back .

I ordered some items from Zivame on[protected] and day by day they were delaying the delivery date, many time contacted over phone /email no proper response was provided by the Zivame. On[protected] received mail that the order has been cancelled due to item was not in stock, if the items was not in stock Zivame should have cancelled the order within 2-3 days or should not accept the order. But after keeping my hard money 40+ days, received...

My order got cancelled due to unknown reason where it was supposed to be delivered and now it's available for double the price....

I have ordered 5 items from ZIvame app however 3 products are delivered and I want to return 2 items as the size are NOT fit in so looking for a change but the Return option is not available for me....

I have placed return request for my 2 items of the order and the courier guy has taken both the items. But I hav received refund of only 1 item. Even customer service is not helping to get my money back. Please help and get the amount refunded...

4products booked on 27th August, products are not delivered but 3products marked as delivered. Called customer care many times but none of them responding and not initiating the refund. Regularly i am following up with customer care now they blocked my mobile number. Order #[protected] total value Rs.2049. Zivame is a fraud company....

Bought a product worth 750, but it had fitting issues, facing a lot of issues while placing an exchange request
