Refund issue

I have placed a order in zivame with order id[protected]. in their application under zcash question and answers section, , , in the 6th question, it's learly mentioned that payment made through bank account may be refunded either in the form of zcash or back to soure. When am asking them to refund back to my original source they are refusing to do so....

Didn't get the refund

I had returned the product more than 2 weeks before but still didn't get the refund yet. Every single time the customer care executive ask me to wait 3-5 working days and it is continuing....

Unable to get refund for a returned product

I ordered some bras from Zivame on 11-dec and received in time. I wanted to return 2 of them and they could not pick up. So I couriered it to them. The package came back as the address in the app was wrong. I had to call customer care and get the right address and send again. Due to size issues i wanted to return, i have placed a request for return on aug16th 2023 but my product has not been picked untill December 2023 i have asked the support executives to send their address to self ship but they refused and later in December they have sent me address, i self shipped on December 6th 2023 and it has been delivered on 10th December, i conveyed the same to the support...

Not satisfied with offline shopping from the store

Product shows delivered on site but not received it yet

I ordered 2 products worth Rs. 1127 on September 11. The product shows delivered on site but I have not received the products yet.

It's been almost 2 months now still no resolution provided.

Every time they say they are looking into it but of no use....

Vide order no[protected] on September 11, I ordered four products from zivame via zivame app.only one product was delivered on 16th whereas rest was missing in the package which had invoice for all four products.
Complaint was made on same day and ticket was booked vide no 273918
Despite repeated mails and calls to customer care, nothing has happened.
Please initiate necessary action for delivery of missing products...

Return not picked up

I had Ordered on Sep 26, 2023 and had requested for return on October 2nd. I have mailed couple of times but still not picked up and the return request date keeps changing in website. Now presently it shows October 10th. How long to wait? Please arrange for a pickup....

Refund not received

Product has been picked up on 22nd August, but Zivame app is showing that return request has been put on October 13, 2023.
As per Delhivery app, Product has already been returned to Bangalore warehouse on August 26. I have not received any refund.
Rs 2637 is stuck with Zivame for a long time. I have raised various tickets for the same. I am getting same response to wait 48-72hrs.

Pick up has been done not not get my refund

My order has already been picked up but on the site it has not been updated and shows that my pick up has been cancelled. But I have msg that my pick up has been made.
Everytime I try to reach them they keep telling me that I have to wait for 72 hrs sometimes 24 hrs and keep telling me so on....

Refund amount not processed

Zivame has been sitting on the return refund for almost 8 months since December 22 for a 1000 bucks. Complaint lodged on 8th September 2023 saying refund will be done in 72 hours and after 2 weeks they still say they need 48 hours to escalate the issue ?? I’ve returned the product and need a complaint to be lodged to get my money ?
Great service Zivame ! It’s not as if people ordering from you have no other job to do than to follow...
