I ordered some bras from Zivame on 11-dec and received in time. I wanted to return 2 of them and they could not pick up. So I couriered it to them. The package came back as the address in the app was wrong. I had to call customer care and get the right address and send again. After all the these steps from my end, the package was delivered to them in 10-Jan. I had to follow up with images and receipts and mails and phone calls too. I thought the hard work is done and I will get my money now. It's 25-Feb today and I am still waiting for the money. I have called the customer care continuously and they keep asking me to call back after 3 days and no one is helping. Was this information helpful? |
