Zomato — Apparent malfunction of the Zomato software | |||
Yesterday morning (01 Sep 21) I was wanting to place some order for food. I selected Zomato app. I happened to select one item, namely 1x Butter Masala Dosa from Gokul Oottupura. I only selected it. I did not finalise my selection. I did not even get an opportunity to review my selections and also to select the mode of payment. But alas, as soon as I selected this Masala Dosa, the app confirmed the purchase and placed the firm order. The money was also debited from my PayTm wallet. My order number was [protected]. Restaurant restaurant Gokul Oottupura. Date and time of order: 01 Sep 2021 at 8:57 am . Item delivered: Butter Masala Dosa costing Rs 210.50. Since food orders are generally not cancellable, I was lumped with the above food item, much against my satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
