Zomato — Auto Debit of Rs. 673 from Paytm Amount | |
On 17th Jan 2020 at 8:06pm, Rs. 673 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd. I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices. This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse. Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further. Same thing happened to me today.. Paytm simply denied on this and simply asked to contact Zomato ... Surprisingly Zomato don't have any customer care support...only chatbot .. this is really seems fishy and should be taken seriously by the authorities
