I'm vivek, above mentioned order number I was cancel because hotel refused to give kurma because past 5 years having briyani from viram hotel they will supply with kurma and also they need to understand chettinadu briyani is very difficult to eat without kurma but now they changed there policy to not giving kurma and changed two egg to one egg. So I was refused to take parcel from hotel itself and inform to zomato valet if there are not giving please call me then i got a call from zomato valet so informed to valet I'm going to cancel refuse the order so i was cancelled.. Now my whole money is wasted... If we raised Complaint after delivered giving some money as zomato credit now whole money is wasted. while cancel there is no popup or alert for cancel then how can you guys saying i was agreed? Anyway final conclusion is buyer is loser.
Today is the last day to buy from zomato.

Updated by lvvivek44 I got reply from zomato so this is your policy to cheat customer? While cancel there is no notification and also why should we accept parcel with incomplete? Totally cheating..
