[Resolved]  Zomato — Customer Support - Refund

I've ordered food in Majestic 1963 in Chennai via Zomato on 4th September. The food quality was not good. I spoke to concern team of hotel and Zomato customer care also. They were ready to send the refund for some of the items. So the total refund amount was 1012 and also they informed that mentioned amount will be credited to Zomato wallet only.

They also mentioned, that the initiated amount will be credited after 24 hours and it will be valid for 30 days, but the amount has been credited the Zomato wallet within 24 days and also expired within 24 hours itself.

After that, I've raised the issue through the chat. They promised for the refund amount again and provided the ref no also. (ZTD-21-958E80BBD0908) for the same. After 2 days also, I was not received the amount.

I've raised the issue through the chat. When I asked the details about the ref num. They said, some issue was happened for that reference number. But they didn't response properly for that reference number.

Again, I've raised the issue through the chat. They informed me, need to filled the application form for the refund from support side and also promised to get the refund amount within 48 hrs. But I was not received.

After 48 hrs., I've raised the issue through the chat. They informed me, need to send mail to "[protected]@zomato.com". Because of, the issue was happened more than a week. So we not handled the request, they said.

This is the worst behavior of the Zomato. Every time, I was received the same response from the support team. But still, I'm not getting any resolution for my issue.
